Professional Bike Fit Studio
Ride faster, for longer, in greater comfort and boost your power while reducing your chance of injury.
At Dynamic Bike Fit, we understand that body position on a bicycle is both a science and an art, refined through years of experience. A proper bike fit is not about making your body adapt to the bike—it’s about making the bike work for you. We use the Body Geometry method to ensure a precise and dynamic fit, tailored to your unique body structure, movement, and riding style.
With over 10 years of experience, our dynamic bike fitting approach stands apart from traditional static fits. By assessing your body in motion, we can identify and address asymmetries and inefficiencies that can’t be detected while stationary. This enables us to optimize your comfort, stability, and pedaling efficiency, while maximizing your power output.
We take into account your specific goals, body type, and flexibility to create a custom fit that works in harmony with your physiology. Focusing on proper weight distribution and balance ensures a smooth, efficient ride and reduces the risk of injury. Whether you’re a competitive cyclist or a weekend rider, our dynamic fitting process helps you perform at your best—safely and comfortably.
Our Process

The Dynamic Bike Fit Studio is proud to offer BG FIT-trained Bike Fittings. BG FIT is a complete bicycle fit system that will allow anyone to ride faster, longer, in greater comfort and boost power while greatly reducing the chance of injury.
This process can be used to set up any brand of bike (Mountain, road, gravel, e-bike or tri-bike).
At Dynamic Bike Fit, we have been trained to analyze the body’s unique attributes, pedal stroke, and body position. Using the data gathered during the physical assessment, we will optimize a cyclists bicycle and equipment to match their biomechanical profile. We pride opurselves in really listening to our clients needs, goals and injuries. We look to creat functional symmetry – achieve rider stability, effeciency, power, balance and comfort.

Athlete Interview
The initial consultation and rider assessment begins with a discussion of the rider’s medical and cycling history, including past injuries, pain points, and riding conditions specific to their discipline (s). The rider’s goals for the fit will also be clarified, focusing on factors such as comfort, injury prevention, performance, or speed.

Physical & Structural Assessment
This process involves a comprehensive physical and structural assessment designed to uncover each rider’s unique strengths, limitations, and anatomical characteristics as they relate to cycling. We examine factors such as foot structure, spinal alignment, hip mobility & leg length differences. The goal is to tailor the bike to fit the rider—ensuring maximum comfort, enhanced performance, and reduced risk of injury.

Saddle Adjustment
The saddle adjustment step focuses on finding the optimal saddle height, fore-aft position, and angle to ensure comfort and power transfer. This involves a careful assessment of the rider’s body mechanics and flexibility to ensure the saddle supports the rider’s sit bones and promotes a stable, efficient pedaling position.

Hip, Knee & Foot Alignment
These adjustments focus on optimizing pedal stroke efficiency, reducing injury risks, and maximizing power output. The process often involves physical assessments of the rider’s flexibility, foot structure, and cycling-related pain points

Cleat & Footbed adjustment
We assess and optimize foot stability using cycling-specific footbed systems, forefoot shims, cleat cant wedges, and cleat shims. These adjustments are crucial components of a proper bike fit because they directly affect how power is transferred from your body to the bike—and how comfortably and efficiently that happens.

Handlebar Optimisation
This step involves adjusting the handlebar position, size, and shape to maximize comfort, control, and performance for the rider. This process considers individual hand size, reach, and preferred riding position. The handlebar position is adjusted by moving headset spacers, altering the stem length and angle, and adjusting the handlebar clamp position.
